Messages

From the Executive Committee, 2025–2026 term

Dr. Md. Obaidul Islam

President
“It is a profound honour to welcome you to the online platform of AAGUB. Our time at German universities gave us world-class skills, deep academic insights, and strong values. As alumni, we have a unique responsibility to use this expertise for the welfare of Bangladesh — strengthening cultural and research ties between Bangladesh and Germany, working closely with valued partners like the German Embassy and the Goethe-Institut Dhaka. I encourage all eligible graduates to join us as Life Members.”

Dr. Abdullah Al-Mamun

General Secretary
“Welcome to our newly designed alumni portal, built to help our community communicate better, network easily, and stay closely connected. In close partnership with DAAD, we host informative sessions on study and research opportunities in Germany, alongside seminars, workshops, and cultural events. This portal is your space to stay updated, read recent newsletters, and find fellow members in the directory.”
